I cannot recommend Ms. Conan enough. As an immigrant, I have faced background investigations before, but nothing came close to the FBBE's C&F one. If you are anxious about it, get an expert to help you... navigate it, ASAP. Your application will go smoother if you initially disclose everything the FBBE asks for, than having to address an undisclosed finding by the FBBE. I involved Ms. Conan earlier on, and she raised a lot potential disclosures that I had never thought were necessary.
An incident from many years ago can be just reflective of a PAST version of yourself, or it can turn into a present issue if you fail to disclose, which refers to your PRESENT character.
She worked for the Florida BAR for many years so she knows what she is doing. Trust her. I did, and have no regrets. I also found her fees and billing very reasonable.
