On September 25, 2015 LaBar & Adams filed a collective action lawsuit on behalf of all current and former Billing Representatives that worked for a health care billing company. The case was filed and c ... ertified in the Federal Middle District of Florida. The presiding Federal Judge named LaBar Adams class counsel in the collective action to represent a class of employees against their current/prior employer, the billing company.
