Was able to negotiate ... a plea deal where client plead to 10 out of 50 counts originally charged, and all counts of distribution were dismissed. Prepared a sentencing memorandum on behalf of client and was able convince the judge to impose a house arrest sentence instead of jail.

Client's van was stopped and he was detained based on an anonymous tip that the driver of the van had brandished a fire ... arm. Police conducted a search of his vehicle following the stop. Drugs were recovered as a result of the search. Was able to challenge the search by filing a suppression motion based on the illegal stop, search and seizure of my client. All drugs recovered as a result of the illegal stop, detention and search were suppressed by the Judge. All charges were then dismissed.
