My green card case

My green card case took super super super long before I moved it to Brian Wang. There had been too many serious bumps and unforeseeable issues along the way during my 17 years of living under the water. I moved my case to 2-3 lawyers because they had given up on me. I can talk about this all day abou...t my super long story, anyway, I came to a point that I was about to give up. In the meantime Brian Wang went above and beyond for my case, and he contacted me before I really give up that he found some more documents that I have never been able to find. After 8 months that I moved my case to him, my green card arrived!

Strongly recommended.

A few years ago I was applying for an extension of a green card, and since I had an unusual circumstances I needed really knowledgable lawyer. Brian Wang was amazing. He listened to my story, and explained to me in details what he and I will have to do. Brian was very helpful and very friendly, and... professional at the same time. It was a pleasure to have him as my lawyer. Brian also helped me with filling application for Citizenship, which was successful. I would strongly recommend Brian as a lawyer for immigration purposes.

Knowledgable, made everything effortless

My husband and I hired Brian when I was going through the process of obtaining my permanent status. Brian made the entire process for my husband and I extremely effortless. He answered all questions we had for him with ease, he was extremely knowledgable in everything immigration. Brian always prompt...ly returned all emails/phone calls I made to him. I would highly recommend him for anyone going through this process in the upstate New York area. I will be using him again when I have the conditions removed on my green card.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
