The United States District Court for the Western District of Washi ... ngton, Jack E. Tanner, J. entered judgment against the agency. Appeal was taken. The Court of Appeals, Canby, Circuit Judge, held that: (1) the female employees' EEOC complaints were timely where they were filed within 180 days of a payment; (2) the female employees sufficiently exhausted their administrative remedies; and (3) the evidence supported a finding of intentional discrimination. The trial court was affirmed.
