Represents providers in professional discipline and regulatory enforcement matters. Advises clients with contract negotiations, non-compete clauses, HIPAA and other regulatory compliance.

General business and commercial civil litigation. Experience includes dealership/distributorship and franchising litigation, financial litigation and consumer protection and fraud litigation.

Represents non-healthcare professionals and public officials in various ethics investigations and proceedings, such as New York Joint Commission on Public Ethics investigations, and local government ethics board proceedings.
