Felony DWI refusal where my client was a NYS employee, at risk of losing his job if convicted of a felony. After doing a pre-trial suppression hearing, the judge found that the police officer did not h ... ave a valid basis for stopping my client's car. With no basis for the stop, the case was dismissed and sealed.
OUTCOME: Acquittal of the misdemeanor DWI.
DWI case where my client was alleged to have refused to take the breath test. Through a thorough cross-examination of the arresting officer, I was able to show that he administered the SFSTs (coordinat ... ion tests) incorrectly. After a week long jury trial in White Plains, the jury acquitted my client of the misdemeanor DWI charge (for which he was facing jail time), and convicted him instead of the violation driving while impaired (for which he'll only get fines).
OUTCOME: Dismissed and immediately sealed
My client, a college student, charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana in the Bronx. Since he was a college student, and applying for internships, was able to get the case dismissed and immedia ... tely sealed.

2nd criminal contempt charge for this client - accused of sending a text to a party with an order of protection.

My client, a professional boxer, was falsely accused of assaulting multiple people, none of which had injuries of the type that would be incurred by a professional boxer.
OUTCOME: Acquittal of all charges after a jury trial
My client was wrongfully accused of driving a car while intoxicated, then getting into a hit-and-run accident. The actual driver and passenger of the car ran away from the scene. An eye-witness incorre ... ctly identified my client as the driver of the vehicle, an hour after the accident, because he was wearing a similar jacket.
