With over a decade of experience representing clients in New York and Vermont, Susan brings valuable insights and procedural knowledge of workers’ compensation and personal injury to her practice. She handles trials, hearings, and proceedings at the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board and represents clients at trial in City and Supreme Courts. Her experience includes the deposition of expert and lay witnesses, arbitration and mediation, and drafting notices of claim and discovery demands. Particularly adept at researching and writing appeals, rebuttals, and memoranda citing Workers’ Compensation Law and related case law, statutes, and regulations, Susan has also supervised junior associates, reviewing and editing their written submissions.
