Andrew Ross Arbeit

Andrew Arbeit has ten years of workers’ compensation defense experience. He has appeared before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board, and has experience managing every aspect of a workers’ compensation claim. Andrew follows his workers’ compensation matters from start to finish — reviewing case facts, speaking with claims adjusters and employers, analyzing circumstances of alleged injury, and utilizing relevant case law to reach a successful settlement for his clients.

In addition to his workers’ compensation work, Andrew has experience in administrative law and has appeared before the New York Environmental Control Board. He has also assisted on intellectual property matters involving trademark, patent, and copyright law. As a student as New York Law School, he served as business editor to the Media Law and Policy Journal, and Vice President of Sports in the Media, Entertainment, and Sports Law Association.
