Matthew Edward Trainor

Mr. Trainor represented me in a federal probation violation hearing in 2017 at the T. Foley federal courthouse in Albany NY. The probation violation was my second and it was of a serious nature. I had two previous federal attorneys out of albany . One for the case and the other for the first violatio...n. The first was supposed to be one of the best around and the retainer was $20000. The next was court appointed useless and rude. Mr Trainor put far more time, effort, and compassion into my violation than either of them. He visited me in jail to update me almost weekly. He worked with the courts and probation to get me into a halfway house rehab. I could tell he truly cared about getting me help and he believed in me. He ended up totally changing my life. Prison was not for me I needed help with mental health and drug abuse issues. Any time I called Mr. Trainor he got right back to me and he called out to my family and rehab programs for me. I have been out of rehab now for 3 months and im doing wonderful! If you get this man to represent you , be thankful!
