Justin has represented me in the selling of my house as well as the purchase of my new construction. The most important thing to me throughout a foreign process is communication and I want my representation to be knowledgeable in the areas that I am weak. Justin has surpassed this every step of the w...ay. For example, I was unaware that certain line items on a closing and buying processs can be negotiated. Without this knowledge I would never even think to ask to have a fee waived or a number negotiated down. Justin was able to put dollars in my pocket by being proactive in this regard. Very impressed with that as I haven't had a lawyer in the past be that proactive. In addition, the communication lines are always open with Justin. I never had to email twice to get an answer. Each person has their own experience based on what is important to them and my two biggest concerns were alleviated and with that I will continually use and refer Justin for my counsel matters.
