Joshua Caron

A veteran-turned-lawyer licensed in both New York and Texas, I bring a variety of legal experience, including three years as an associate in the Corporate Practice Group at a regional New York law firm. There, I focused on corporate healthcare, mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, and commercial transactions.

Following that role, I served as corporate counsel for an international manufacturing company headquartered in Rochester, New York, with operations across Asia and Europe. In this capacity, I reviewed and negotiated a broad spectrum of commercial contracts, including supplier/vendor agreements, sales agreements, SaaS agreements, and intellectual property contracts.

Driven by a desire to deliver more personalized and strategic legal support, I launched a boutique practice dedicated to healthcare law, commercial transactions, and contract services. This allows me to offer tailored counsel to clients with complex regulatory and business needs, particularly in the healthcare sector. I currently work directly with healthcare organizations across New York State to ensure the effectiveness and regulatory alignment of their Healthcare Compliance Programs.
