I was very seriously injured at a New York State boat launch. Chris Flint handled the case from start to finish. We brought an action in against New York State in the Court of Claims. I saw Chris in action, first in depositions, then at trial. He was great. Chris had spent many hours with me bot...h in his office and at the scene of the accident, preparing for trial. He went above and beyond and was absolutely driven to get me the best result possible. Through Chris’s hard work and excellent skills in the court room, the Court found liability on the State, a result they were definitely not expecting. The State then settled the case.
