Complex Case of Wounded Military Member

My first piece of advice, never try to do a social security Claim by yourself. That's where Sam came in. He was very professional and always followed up with any question I had. I did not just feel like another client or number. After initially being denied by Social Security disability, I was ...very discouraged. It seemed pretty obvious to me that I couldn't work after having three different spinal surgeries and other issues. The military had put me in disability status for over 2 years. Sam looked at the facts of the case. He went over its strengths and weaknesses. Then we got to work. It's really about giving the judge perspective of your daily life. How do your injuries effect you, and your ability to work. I had a mountain of medical documentation pointing out my limitations. The key is having excellent legal representation. You need someone who knows how to clearly communicate, how your limits effect your ability to work. I'm hear to tell you, the Government is not going to make it easy. Sam cut through all of that red tape. I weny from a denial to a fully favorable decision. Chapter 7

The Warners both are tremendous, professional,and elegant in the way they treat there clients and thier practice .When I read reviews about them , I thought I'll give them a try , I called thier office and talked to a lady . Before I go on , I would like to tell you that I called 2 more firms that al...so had good ratings. One of them asked me how much $ I made and immediately told me I made to much money to file charter 7 and said it would be to much work to do a chapter 13 , this lawyer made me feel like maybe I was in lots of trouble or he was just incompetent....then I called (The Warners ), again the lady answered, I asked her if a lawyer could talk to me , she said they were out but that she would try to help , I told her my situation and she said , this is what the warners do . I made an appointment to call them at at a time , I was in the area and I stopped in at that time , I met John who took me in his office and made me feel very comfortable and safe , this is a process where you can feel like trash , no matter what the situation, I met with Sam who was to handle my case , Sam was as nice and understanding as John , they handled my case elegantly, when you meet John or Sam you will understand there are still Good people left in this world , Thank you Sam and John for a fantastic experience in a rough situation , Gary K.
