Hired Rob on April 2nd to complete an eviction! Took months to get going and then once we got a judgment he did not ensure paperwork was correct so sheriff could not enforce it. Asked Rob to re-file the petition two weeks later he still has not. The fastest response I got is when I sent him money bes...ides that his communication or lack there of is unprofessional. I understand attorneys are busy but don’t say you do evictions and not ensure everything is correct on the paperwork . it cost me thousands because of Rob’s lack of follow through, he refused to refund the fee so I have to pay another attorney who will actually just see it through!
