saved my case

After 10 years of evidence, my high profile, expensive law firm lawyer convinced me to accept their proposal. OP is a millionaire family. I was immediately bullied with excessive litigation by "The Family". I interviewed many attorneys and my first question to Jo Ann was, "Do you have experience liti...gating with a narcissist?". She giggled and assured me she was a trial lawyer and would not back down. Boy was she correct. Since firing the other attorney and hiring Jo Ann my case did a 180. I now have the most time with my son I've ever had, and my ex was just held in willful violation of a court order and to pay attorney fees. I would recommend if you have a high conflict, complex case to get Jo Ann to represent you. I wish I hired her first.

Highly Experienced

While there may be many experienced divorce attorneys, Jo Ann displayed a level of experience and expertise to me in my same sex divorce that I found so comforting. I knew from our first meeting that she would be able to put a more positive future on the horizon for me and that she has.

The OP destroyer

If your OP (other parent...what they encourage you to call each other once you get a divorce...rather than a**hole) is a PIA, then I recommend Jo Ann fully. My other parent now follows all terms of our visitation agreement and does not further delay or deny visitation access. Jo Anne made sure that ...I had all the necessary papers prepared to file this request, and she even took care of filing them once I gave her everything she needed! Without her services, it would have been difficult to get child visitation enforced, but thanks to her efforts it was easy. Jo Anne also kept me abreast of all child visitation modifications that have occurred since my child's other parent moved out of state.

Brave Attorney

Divorce is hard enough, but my ex was determined to make me lose everything. I am so happy I had JoAnn in my corner. She fought for me as zealously as I would have if I knew the laws better. She really cares for her clients and makes sure they are taken care of.
