JoAnn was amazing.

JoAnn did an excellent job against a very,very difficult client and a much higher paid lawyer which ended up going to trial... I finally can get the parenting time and weekends I asked for and deserve.A wonderful person who didn't give me false hopes and really pulled through for me.My wife and I are... very happy with the result and my boy can have his dad back.I am planning to use her service again when the time comes.

The OP destroyer

If your OP (other parent...what they encourage you to call each other once you get a divorce...rather than a**hole) is a PIA, then I recommend Jo Ann fully. My other parent now follows all terms of our visitation agreement and does not further delay or deny visitation access. Jo Anne made sure that ...I had all the necessary papers prepared to file this request, and she even took care of filing them once I gave her everything she needed! Without her services, it would have been difficult to get child visitation enforced, but thanks to her efforts it was easy. Jo Anne also kept me abreast of all child visitation modifications that have occurred since my child's other parent moved out of state.

Jo Ann is a great lawyer

Our child custody agreement became much more complicated when I had to move out of state. My ex-spouse did not want to allow me to continue my life. Jo Ann Coughtry works with the other attorney for an amicable interstate custody agreement.

Beyond competent lawyer

My ex-wife and I already are in new relationship. We have an amazing daughter, and we’re both equally capable of supporting our child. But, my ex-wife just didn’t want our daughter to have equal time with me. So, we both agreed to consult on what’s best to do. Jo Anne explained the laws and the optio...ns under child custody, visitation, and support. I was happy when I found out about joint physical custody. Jo Anne explained and discussed everything in detail and helped us in majority of the papers. After the court decided on joint physical custody, I got emotional and words couldn’t measure how grateful I was and still am for Jo Anne’s exceptionally professional and competent service.
