Biography
Cassandra Kazukenus is a graduate of SUNY Albany where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Thereafter, she attended Albany Law School receiving a Juris Doctor in 2007, and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2008. Cassandra is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern districts.
Cassandra began her legal career as an attorney in the claims department of a local insurance carrier. Subsequently, Cassandra took a position in the litigation department of a defense law firm where she litigated insurance coverage cases for numerous insurance carriers and defended bodily injury cases. Cassandra has argued appeals before both the Second and Third Departments, and she has litigated a variety of cases including, Labor Law, Premises Liability, Automobile Liability and insurance coverage cases throughout the State.
In her time away from the firm, Cassandra enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with her husband and son.
