Ahmad is fantastic. I had called several attorneys to try to help a relative in Albany with a situation where someone she had previously allowed to live with her for free was now refusing to move out, despite knowing that she was trying to sell the property and move to live with family. Other attorne...ys told me it would be almost impossible to meet the requirements for removing a "tenant" from the premises. That advice made the man decide it wasn't worth pushing more, and he moved out without us having to incur further legal fees or delay.
