Lindsay Bernstein, Esq. earned her B.A. from Drew University in 2003 and her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 2006. For the past 13 years she has focused her practice on Municipal Court and criminal matters, representing clients with professionalism and attention to detail. Ms. Bernstein prides herself on building strong attorney-client relationships, offering both legal counsel and the emotional support clients need to navigate the system. She manages every facet of a case—ensuring procedural protocol is followed, preparing thorough defenses, and delivering the focused advocacy each client deserves.
For the past 19 years, I have dedicated myself to the practice of law. I focus mainly on Municipal Court, traffic, criminal matters, and expungements. I believe each client should have the individual attention of their attorney to achieve the best and well informed result.
