Benjamin D. Bucinell is an Associate Attorney at the law firm of Gerstenzang, Sills, Cohn & Gerstenzang. He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Union College in 2014, where he was awarded a second major in Religious Studies, and a minor in Classics. After college, Mr. Bucinell served in the U.S. Navy.
Mr. Bucinell received a Master of Business Administration from Clarkson University in 2019, and his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School in 2020. Mr. Bucinell graduated from Albany Law School with honors in the concentration of Intellectual Property. While at Albany Law School he served as the President of the Intellectual Property Society and President of the Albany Law School Rugby Football Club.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bucinell was an Assistant District Attorney in the Schenectady County District Attorney’s Office, where he was the Felony DWI Prosecutor. In addition to Felony DWI and AUO cases, Mr. Bucinell handled a wide range of other types of criminal matters.
