He hung up on me

I called about a speeding ticket. For some reason Mr. Kehoe got agitated when I asked him about the chances of point reduction. He said he doesn't do guarantee. He then proceeded to say you can throw my email into the garage and go to someone who offers guarantee. He then hung up on me. I did no...t mention anything about guarantee in the entire conversation. In any case, I think he behaved unprofessionally. I would not recommend a lawyer who hangs up on his or her potential customers.

Go with anyone but Randall Kehoe

From the very first time I spoke with Randall he was very quick to rush the process along just to get me to pay for his "services". Made it seem as though my case was going to be quick and easy as he said hes been doing this for 20+ years. He didn't accomplish what we had spoke about which was to pl...ea down to have no points. I ended up paying him $225 for basically nothing. He got my ticket reduced from 4 pts to 2 pts and I still have a $300 fine. I would've been better off pleading guilty and taking all the points and fine that would still be less than I had to pay Randall and the courts. When I spoke to Randall he was extremely rude and defensive. His secretary was equally rude and frankly was absolutely clueless every time I called. In my opinion Randall handled my case about as poorly as was even possible, Nothing less than a full refund would even come close to making up for Randall's handling of my case.

Terrible Lawyer, untrustworthy, ill mannered and unethical

Hired him to defend me for a speeding ticket two months ago. Sent him all of my info and was told that he automatically asks for an adjournment to prepare for the trial. Took my money and I never heard back from him. Call him today and was told that the court matter had been settled and that I owed a... fine. Claimed that I never got his letter because I had changed my address (I have lived in the same place for 4 years). Also said that I would be in big trouble if I didn't pay the fine by the due date, which was in 2 days. Didn't make a big deal out of it because I still had time to pay, just said I needed to know what the verdict was, how much I owed and who and how I needed to pay it. He asked if he could fax it over, and I said I didn't have a fax. I said I just needed to info. He asked how I wanted to get it and asked if I wasnted him to fax it to me. I said I had already said I don't have a fax, he could just tell it to me. Then he suddenly got agitated and started asking if I was trying to fight him. I couldn't believe it, I actually asked him if he was making some kind of joke. He made some loud rant about how privileged I was to have him represent me, then hung up the phone without giving me any of the information I needed (and paid for) to avoid serious legal repercussions. Redialed him 5 times and he refused to pick up my calls. I had to report him to the NY BAR Association and then go through the courts MYSELF to find out what I had to do. I Still don't know the verdict, just the cost of the fine. No idea if I'm getting points or anything. DO NOT hire this man, he is unbalanced and obviously has no problem hanging his clients out to dry.

Hello my anonymous internet user. I see you writing in caps lock and I am wondering if you do a lot of yelling at your attorneys. I know Randy for a long time and that you are telling us here is very out of the character which I know as Mr. Kehoe. You tell us here that you called the Court however you were not able to find out from them how many points you got and what the verdict was? Did you report the Court to the chief justice? I am sure Mr. Kehoe and yourself got along before you hired him and that with a honest conversation you 2 of you could start to get along again. Good luck.
