Lead Foot

I was clocked doing 80 in a 65. Typical speed trap by troopers in Malta, NY while driving on the Northway. I received my ticket and had all intentions of pleading guilty and paying my fine. Then I thought about the points against my license, the increase in insurance premium and this on top of the fi...ne and surcharges for the ticket itself! So I went online and found multiple reviews for Mr. Kehoe and I thought this might be my guy to make my life a little better! A week before the ticket was due to be returned to the court with my plea I called Mr. Kehoe. The man wasn't much for conversation and wanted to get right to business. Obviously an indication that his time was valuable and if I wasn't serious about retaining him then let's speed the chit chat along! He asked a few questions about the ticket and said email me a copy along with your driving record for 3 years and pay my retainer fee and don't worry I will take care of it! 45 days later Mr. Kehoe sends me an email stating the case was closed and that speeding ticket??? well it was reduced to parking on the pavement and I received a $125 fine. Between his retainer and the fine I still came out well below the cost of what the original ticket would have been while also avoiding the points accessed to my license and an increase in my insurance costs. To anyone in a similar situation I would recommend this attorney to handle your traffic case hands down. Again I sat back and Mr. Kehoe took care of everything and I never even appeared in court! Many thanks to you Mr. Kehoe and to your outstanding Paralegal-Legal Administrator Toddy Lisky as well. You both did a fine job and although I paid for your representation I am still grateful for your assistance in resolving my case with such a favorable outcome and in an expeditious manner! Casey J.
