OUTCOME: Client was facing 32 years to life. Our office won a new trial motion for this client, ultimately leading to the dismissal of several felonies and his release from jail.

Client was convicted of multiple serious felony sex charges at trial while represented by a different attorney. He was facing a sentence of 32 years to life in state prison. Mr. Sullivan substituted in ... to the case before sentencing, filed a new trial motion and raised DNA issues not raised at trial. All convictions were vacated. This case settled in 2014 for dismissal of multiple serious felonies, and client was immediately released from jail.
