This was an appellate brief that I drafted. I was licensed in CA but not in NY yet so my supervising attorney appears on the case. I am very proud of this case because it was my first appellate brief ... and I made the arguments in an area of law in which I had no previous experience. I was also in a new unfamiliar state where the law and procedures were very different than CA.
