OUTCOME: Findings and Award in favor of our client

Defendant refused to pay retro Temporary Benefits and relied on a shaky report to deny benefits. We went to trial and prevailed not having the judge rule that our client was entitled to retroactive TTD ... benefits and a significant increase on permanent disability.
