The focus of my practice is in the area of Elder Law and Trust and Estate Law, which encompasses long term care planning, asset protection, Medicaid planning and applications, Medicaid fair hearings, estate planning, estate tax planning, special needs planning and guardianships. In addition to my offices emphasis on Elder Law and Trusts and Estate Law, we also handle residential real property transactions, commercial real property, title insurance,and corporate/business formation and planning.

Estate planning is a major component of Elder Law. It is difficult to assign percentages of my practice as required by AVVO. Elder Law and Estate Planning go hand in hand.
