Aug 17, 2012OUTCOME: Primary custody to father
Mother had hired an expert child custody evaluator (Ph. D in Child Psychology and expert in Clinical and Forensic Psychology) who concluded that Father (our client) had severely alienated the children ... from their mother and therefore Mother should have primary custody and Father should only have four (4) days a month of visitation. I successfully cross-examined the expert using his own material that I found online and completely discredited him resulting in the judge throwing out his recommendation and my client was awarded primary custody with alternating weekends to mother. Mother had spend over $8,000 for her expert (plus attorney fees) and we spent $30 for the online material (plus attorney fees) the expert had used.
