Our client and her family went to the Wal-Mart store located in Gainesville, Georgia in order to go shopping. They parked there vehicle and proceeded toward the front entrance of the store, and when s ... he reached the front entrance, slipped on loose gravel scattered in the area a few feet in front of the front door which caused her to fall heavily to the ground and knocking her glasses off of her face. The gravel was scattered and it blended in with the color of the entranceway, so it was not readily apparent to our client before she fell. This gravel had not been properly cleaned up prior to her fall. Our client violently twisted her right knee and back, and she landed on her face and right elbow, which resulted in injuries to her right elbow, lower back, right knee, right leg, bleeding and bring to her face. We filed a lawsuit and litigated the case until we obtained a great result for our client.
