Construction worker suffered injury to his torso while moving a heavy object at work. Worker told his employer that he was injured and was directed to a local Emergency Room. The worker recovered from ... his injury, but wanted money to pay for the Hospital Bill and for his Permanent Disability. The employer denied that the worker was an employee, and if he was an employee, another company was the employer.
