Recent modification case with CPS investigations

OUTCOME: Total victory

We represented the Mother in a modification case where the Father accused her of attempting to smother one of her daughters. He filed an affidavit which led the the Judge removing the girls from their ... mother's home until we could schedule a hearing. After a full hearing I was able to prove that the 2 CPS investigations had not verified any of the allegations, the Father knew that before he filed his affidavit and he had engaged in harassing behavior by sending disgusting text to his ex-wife. The Judge ruled that the girls would primarily live with their mother (the previous Order was week on/ week off), gave her substantial make up time, shortened the Father's visitation to standard as per the Family Code and doubled his child support. We are very pleased and hope this stops his making false accusations.
