Everson v. Lone Star Industries
Sep 13, 2018OUTCOME: $4.25M Verdict for Plaintiff Everson
My client was a mesothelioma victim who worked at Lockheed Shipyard in Seattle from 1970 to 1971 as a marine electrician. He was exposed as a bystander to asbestos insulation while working onboard shi ... p. The defendant was a supplier of some of the insulation that was used at the Shipyard during that time. Mr. Everson was 81 years old when he was diagnosed with mesothelioma. He lived long enough to see his case through to victory and to holding the defendant accountable. However, he sadly succumbed to his illness just a week after the jury delivered the verdict. Case workup was done by my partner, Chandler Udo.
