Abrasive in all the wrong ways
When I called to ask for clarification about my case, Biscone grew frustrated with my questions. He inadvertantly did not put me on hold while checking my file, so I could hear him saying in the background, "..teachers...they're all stupid." He was abrasive, but not when needed in court. He charges...
