We hired Michael Breen for real estate transaction and asked him to report to our Florida attorney. Breen failed to contact the organization that had a right of first refusal in a timely manner and he failed to communicate with our Florida attorney, as requested. Our Florida attorney discharged Bre...en and found a competent attorney to handle the transaction.

RUN!! Breen required a $1,500 retainer then did next to nothing. Once he got our money he ignored phone calls, emails and repeated requests to refund our money. Including correspondence I doubt Breen spent more than 60 minutes on our behalf despite knowing we wanted him to perform additional s...ervices. A disappointing attorney and individual.
