Jenna Marie Dibenedetto

Jenna is an Associate in O’Connell and Aronowitz’s Litigation Department, where she focuses her practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury and medical malpractice matters. She approaches each case with strategic discipline and a steady, client-first mindset—making it a priority that clients understand what is happening, what comes next, and why each step matters.

Before joining the firm, Jenna developed a strong foundation in advocacy through public service roles, including experience with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York and as a Certified Legal Intern with the Albany County District Attorney’s Office. That experience continues to shape her practical, detail-driven approach to litigation and her commitment to thorough preparation.

Jenna remains active in the trial-law community and contributes to the profession through leadership and service. She serves as a Representative to the Board of Governors for the New Lawyers Division of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and participates in AAJ’s National Law School and Trial Lawyers Care™ Committees. She is also involved with the Federal Court Bar Association for the Northern District of New York and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

Jenna earned her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School, graduating with a Certificate in Civil Litigation with Honors and induction into the National Order of Barristers. During law school, she received the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association Prize and the Wann Family Prize for Excellence in Business Law and Litigation. She also distinguished herself in advocacy competitions, including recognition as a finalist in the Donna Jo Morse Negotiations Competition and receiving a Brief Award in the Domenick L. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Competition. Jenna earned her Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University.
