Firstly, thank you, Dorothy, for your incredible help throughout the purchase of our first home. When a large storm swept through the region the day before we were scheduled to close (and power was out at our new house), Dorothy arranged to have a generator power the needed office equipment at her office so we could still close on time (meanwhile, just down the street from Dorothy's office, a large tree had fallen and blocked off traffic). To still be treated as a priority - even in such extenuating circumstances - just added to our overall positive experience.
