Daniel David Cunningham

I have been licensed to practice law in all New York State courts since 1999.  My primary focus is on divorce and family law but have experience in estate planning and probate, commercial and general real estate and general litigation.

My goal as your attorney is provide a flexible and cost effective solution based upon the unique facts of your own case.  Sometimes litigation warrants an aggressive approach.  If that is the case, I will take any steps necessary to protect your rights and interests. 

However, on many occasions, a goal may be accomplished without the expense of contested litigation.  In such instances, I will always pursue the most cost-effective path.   However, I am ready and willing to take an aggressive approach when it is necessary.

Our office is located in Latham, New York in the County of Albany.  However, the firm's geographic practice area covers most of upstate New York including the counties of Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Warren, Fulton, Montgomery, Greene, Schoharie, Columbia, Ulster and Dutchess.
