I thought, oh no, not another newbie or someone that is so aweful that they cant sustain a practice and is working for support collections. Was I ever wrong! She was sharp, articulate and a viper against the stuffed shirt from Saratoga. She not only got what my child needed but also cared about our s...ituation.She went above and beyond my best expectations . I really thought I would leave in tears, once again, with whoever was supposed to be doing the right thing merely agreeing to whatever the opposition demanded. Not this time, Lorraine went in like a mama bear and she did the demanding, getting every penny owed to us and a better deal for the future and putting them to shame in the process. She understands because she is a mom and more importantly has morals. She knows what it means to do the right thing and keeps in mind who her client is and thats whats important.She crosses her t's and dots her i's and knows what to do and unlike others I have expirienced, remembers to actually file the paper work.Her name totally suits her.Whats more precious than a Diamond? I am sure she would say your child is.
