Business Purchase

Ana and The Wagoner Firm represented my partner and I in connection with the acquisition of a business in New York State. She formed a new company for us, counseled us in connection with our Operating Agreement, and prepared all the legal documents for the acquisition. My partner and I are located ...in 2 different states outside of NY, yet Ana was able to ensure constant and consistent communication. We appreciated that Ana and her team were incredibly responsive and were always available (evenings and weekends) to answer our questions and guide us through every step of the transaction - from establishing bank accounts, addressing New York State agency requests, and ensuring the appropriate transfer of funds.
