Closing on my dream was very easy and smooth.
A very pleasant experience. It was my first time buying land, the thing is that I'm located in New Jersey, 3+ hours from my dream land. Ms. Hoyt took the time to explain everything involved with the process and made the closing as smooth and understandable as possible... I had tons of questions.
