I went to law school so that my efforts could make a difference. In the years since I started practicing law, I see, first hand, how my efforts make a difference in the lives of my clients. My approach is quite simple. I wouldn't advise anything for my clients that I wouldn't for my own family. I treat my clients with respect and keep them updated on their matter. Having grown up playing sports, I find that some of the skills I learned from the field transcend to my practice. Specifically, I advise my clients that we are on the same team and that we must communicate and function that way in order to have a satisfactory outcome. This mentality has been very useful in obtaining positive outcomes for my clients.
I represent businesses with their everyday legal issues incuding employment matters, corporate governance and contracts. My practice also allows me the opportuntity to represent individuals in family matters (divorce, custody issues) and litigation.

An Exceptional Attorney. And I do not use that phrase lightly.
Right now, you're probably reading these reviews and hoping that you find an attorney that fits the description you may have created in your head: professional, thorough, savvy, communicative, zealous to fight for you. You're lucky, because you've just found her. Cheryl is all of these, and so...

Divorce updates that happened!
While my divorce was finalized a few years prior, I needed an attorney for changes, updates, and enforcing. Cheryl was communicative, supportive, and honest. I was so grateful she was there--I couldn't have done any of it without her.
"I had the pleasure of working on a family court matter with Cheryl as opposing counsel. She was well prepared, courteous and efficient in her advocacy for her client, and I look forward to having the opportunity to cross paths with her in the future."
"I have known Cheryl for several years now, and can confidently say that there are few attorneys (or people in general) who are as smart as she is. She is quite capable as both a negotiator and a fighter. But most of all, I recommend her because of two things you won't get from her - no pretense and no nonsense. If that doesn't tell you what you need to know, I don't what would."
"I endorse this lawyer. she was extremely helpful, collaborative, and compassionate in the matter on which we worked."
"Cheryl exhibits the up most professionalism and sensitivity when counseling clients during any legal matter. Cheryl constantly updates herself on the changing areas of the law and goes above and beyond to educate herself on any area that would help her client during their litigation. I would fully recommend Cheryl as a highly qualified litigation attorney."
