Represented trustee who successfully challenged an attempt by a grandson beneficiary to sue the trustee of his grandmother's trust in another state. We obtained the dismissal of the case against our cl ... ient, the trustee. We successfully defended against an appeal brought by this beneficiary. The appeal was dismissed.
