OUTCOME: Client was able to change jobs without restriction

I helped a client who wanted to change jobs but was bound by a non-compete previously signed with the client's current employer. I carefully reviewed the terms of the non-compete and found a legitimat ... e way for the client to make the job change. without litigation.
