Steven Altman has practiced law for more than 30 Years. In that time, he has litigated complex commercial cases at the highest standards of practice and numerous small and modest size matters on a cost effective basis. Steven has extensive dispute resolution experience designing, developing and implementing strategies to economically solve business problems for clients. As a business lawyer with numerous contacts in a wide array of business areas, he is often referred to as a “go to” person for finding the most suitable person for countless tasks, including securing financing and structuring transactions.

Among innumerable others, Mr. Altman’s professional accomplishments include:

● Resolving a $10 million oceanfront construction fire loss for a Wainscot, NY custom home builder, and turning it into more than $13 million in new business from well-known restaurateur

● Successfully prosecuting to collected judgment an action against Network Solutions founder Emmet McHenry brought by former merger and acquisitions player Dennis Levine based on $200 million financing secured for NetCom Solutions

● Lead trial counsel in action against Michael Jackson for fees earned in connection with

securing refinancing for his then $272 million bank debt, which settled on morning of first day of trial

● Lead trial counsel in settled action against company owned and controlled by prominent Dominican Hazoury family and Deutsche Bank and others arising out of thwarted real estate development
