I have had tremendous success in obtaining reductions and dismissals of traffic tickets, including speeding tickets, in the Justice Courts of eastern Long Island, including the Town of Southampton, Village of Southampton, Village of Sag Harbor, Town of East Hampton, Town of Riverhead, Town of Southold, Village of Quogue, Village of Westhampton Beach and Village of Westhampton Dunes as well as the SCTPVA in Hauppauge. I also appear in Central Islip First District Court on the misdemeanor charges of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation (VTL 511) and Suspended Registration (VTL 512). I take a hands-on approach to the defense of your traffic ticket. I will provide you with detailed information on how to enter a plea of NOT GUILTY. After the ticket is returned to the court with a plea of NOT GUILTY, the court sets a conference date at which time I appear and discuss a proposed reduction or dismissal of the ticket with the prosecutor. I am able to proceed on most traffic matters (including speeding tickets) without your personal appearance. From start to finish, I will be the attorney personally handling your traffic matter. I do not farm out traffic cases to other attorneys. I use my many years of experience to obtain the best possible result for you. At the conclusion of the case, I will contact you to advise you of the final disposition, the fine imposed by the court (unless the ticket has been dismissed) and the date payment of the fine is due. I received a Masters in Social Work from Fordham University and worked in the area of social services before attending St. John's School of Law. My MSW and work experience prior to law school give me a special ability to work with clients and relate well to court personnel. An ability to work well with others in the court system is an important factor in obtaining the best possible outcome for clients on traffic violations and speeding tickets.

Straightforward, responsive and got the job done

Great lawyer
