I had the pleasure of working with Doug this year due to my daughter's injury in a car accident. Doug is a fantastic lawyer and as a matter of fact a very aggressive and knowledgeable representative for any case he takes on. Any question I had was met by an immediate call or text, and it was always an in depth explaination and instructions on what I needed to do at the very first sign of it. When I attended my insurance ordered IME to determine if/what treatment I was eligible for, Doug drove 45 minutes to meet me, each time and helped me figure out the chaotic office, making an gruelling process very bearable. Doug was extremely efficient and got my case resolved in a VERY timely manner, yet despite us reaching a judgement and him being paid Doug has remained on my case. It has been over a year and a half that I have experienced pain since my accident, which resulted in reconstructive surgery, but his determination still has me being treated. Doug was incredible because I was in so much pain at times I couldnt talk, and he did more than talk. He reminded me at every appointment, spoke to every representative from insurance, called the office of the doctors multiple times when they treated me, "as a number" I will tell you, he will have none of that for his clients, as I was always on the line for these calls. The entire terrible experience of a car accident, being out of work and even just feeling down from my injury and being stuck home was made into the best case scenario because not only was my case handled fast, efficiently and to maximum compensation, but I had a Lawyer who legitimately cared, making jokes and great conversation, sending me get well soon cards, regular text messages even to this day. Over a year an a half after my accident, and eight months after the conclusion of the case and payment recieved and I can call him at this moment and have the best guy in my corner!
