Biography
Dan Ross has been in private practice since his admission to the New York Bar in 1982. He is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
In addition to his daily work in the general practice of law, he has also served as the Attorney for the Villages of Greenport and Patchogue. Presently, he is an elected member of the Southold Town Board. Dan knows his way around the courts and understands the rules that determine the actions of local government.
Working out of the firm's Mattituck office, Dan has been a regular presence in the Supreme Court in Riverhead for over a decade.
Dan is a participant in his community and a long time member of the Mattituck Lions, North Fork Environmental Council and Mattituck Chamber of Commerce. He is also the President of his homeowners' association. He is a director of the Mattituck Soccer Club and has coached numerous soccer and basketball teams over the last 20 years.
