Collins, which is a high calling in itself, to be an outstanding principal law clerk, who quickly understood the ins and outs of the complicated world of Matrimonial Law, the diverse attorneys involved, and the expert forensic evaluators as well as the "attorneys for the children"-so quickly. Not only did Ms. Heckman do this amazing learning within weeks of her new assignment(and obviously the Judge she served)with great professionalism, she did it with an the understanding to all of the parties and their attorneys; not everyone is happy when a new Justice handling their case, what is to them, the most important moment in their lives.
