Karen Joan Hagen

My love for the North Fork began in 1978, when my parent’s purchased a home in Southold. Throughout college and law school I enjoyed coming “home”. I graduated from Allegheny College with a major in Political Science and a minor in Music, and also from St. John’s University of School of Law, where I obtained a Juris Doctor degree.

In 2005, after practicing mostly real estate law on the North Fork, my family moved to northeastern Pennsylvania. I practiced real estate law in Pennsylvania. I was also employed as the Real Estate Manager for Adams Outdoor Advertising, where I managed the company’s  Northeast, Pennsylvania lease portfolio and did billboard zoning and permitting work.

I missed the North Fork and made the move “home” again in 2014. I still maintain my law licenses in both New York and Pennsylvania, and am also a Notary Public.

I represent buyers and sellers for residential and commercial purchases and sales all over Long Island, and particularly on the North Fork.
