Over median income debtor was stuck in a 5 year, high payment, Chapter 13 Plan. When income went down, I was able to get the court to reduce the payment and the length of the Plan. This case was the fi ... rst time a judge reduced the length after the Supreme Court ruling in Hamilton v. Lanning.
